Hi! My name is Zia and I've been building, renovating and advising on re-modelings for 30 years. I love it

I do all the work myself—aside from subcontracting ethical disposal of rubble—using an algorithm and process refined over years, updated daily during a project, to keep work on track and minimize time and disruption
